Keep Illegal Activity Off Rental Property

The Crime Free Programs are about making a property reasonably safe and improving the quality of life for residents. The programs are dedicated to preventing problems before they become crime statistics. For example, evicting known offenders before they can become repeat offenders.

One way we can measure our success is by reducing the number of police calls for service. The chart below is a great illustration of a success story of what can happen when law enforcement and apartment communities work together with a common goal to keep illegal activity off rental property.

Below are links to MS Word files with more charts and statistics from other apartment properties. The 21 charts represent an average 37% reduction in police calls for service, and a 48% decrease in police reports that were written at the indicated rental properties.
