Lease addendums are a vital part of the Crime Free Multi-Housing Program in an effort to keep illegal activity off rental property. It is the heart of this police sponsored and highly successful crime prevention program. A lease addendum is a civil contract between a landlord and tenant whereby the rental applicant agrees prior to tenancy to abide by the rules of the property and not to participate in or allow criminal activity to occur within their sphere of influence.

We have included versions from several states with some translated into foreign languages. These lease addendums can be downloaded and modified to meet the legal requirements of your state. These documents are samples only and should be scrutinized for legal accuracy and correct translation for your use.
